What is your online return policy?

We’d want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, no problem! You can return any item for a refund in store credits, or you can exchange it for a different size or item within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please understand that items that are in the SALE category will not be eligible for free returns. For more detailed information, please take a look at our Returns & Exchanges Page.

How do I return an item to you?

To request for a return, please fill in the Returns Form supplied with your order. 

Please note that the form MUST be sent back to us together with the return in order for us to process it! So fill it up and include it in the package sent to us. For detailed instructions on how to carry out a return, please take a look at our Returns & Exchanges Page.

My Order is incorrect / faulty; why do I have to pay postage to send it back?

We’re really sorry to hear that! While we strive to ensure we get your orders right, we do occasionally make mistakes. If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@qlothe-uat.shop.ripplewerkz.co and we will process your returns at no cost for you to send it back to us. For international customers, we will refund the postage costs as store credits.

Have you received my returned items back yet?

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

Please understand the condition of the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are also non-refundable.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Absolutely! You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item, or a different item. Simply initiate a returns process (more details at our Returns & Exchanges page!) and indicate that you would like to make an exchange in the Reasons for Return field. 

Can I return something I bought online to the store?

We’re sorry but we’re afraid not. If you bought an item online, you will have to return to us by post. Please do look at our Returns & Exchanges page for further details on how to do this.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. If you have received an email to confirm your refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the store credits refund to appear in your account. If you yet to receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.

If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that our Customer Service can investigate this for you.

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the items are incorrect or faulty.
